Porto: importantes problemas apreciados pelo secretário do Ensino Superior

Abstract

Reception organised by the University of Porto to Dr. António Brotas, Secretary of State for Higher Education and Scientific Research, who presided the ceremony during which the Interim Committee of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of Porto took office, led by the Rector, Dr. Ruy Luís Gomes. During the visit, the Secretary of State also met the management boards of the other faculties in order to discuss their academic situation, in particular the shortage of facilities caused by the increasing number of students.

Recepção organizada pela Universidade do Porto ao Dr. António Brotas, Secretário de Estado do Ensino Superior e Investigação Científica, que presidiu à cerimónia de tomada de posse da comissão instaladora do Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas do Porto, liderada pelo Reitor, Dr. Ruy Luís Gomes. Durante a visita, o Secretário de Estado reuniu-se, também, com as direcções das restantes Faculdades tendo em vista conhecer as respectivas realidades académicas, nomeadamente a escassez de instalações provocada pelo crescimento massivo da frequência estudantil.
