Description of the reception offered by the Ambassador of the U.S.S.R. in Portugal to the Porto individualities, including people related to the University of Porto. Reference to the information given by Dr. Óscar Lopes on the possibility to create Russian courses at the Faculty of Arts and the exchange of teachers between both countries, topics that were addressed at the meeting between the Ambassador and the academic authorities.
