News about the creation of the "Boletim", a periodical publication created by the Department of Electronics of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto which is a joint initiative of teachers and students to disclose the problems and developments in that scientific area. Contains a transcription of part of the editorial's objectives. Reference to the beginning of the registration process in courses taught at the High Institute of Engineering, Porto, from the following day till the 25th.
