A Faculdade de Medicina do Porto prestou significativa homenagem à memória do prof. dr. Hernâni Monteiro

Abstract

Posthumous tribute to Dr. Hernâni Monteiro, organized by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, commemorating the 40th anniversary since he was appointed to the Chair at that institution. In addition to the formal sitting, during which many speeches were given, a hall named after the Professor was inaugurated, linked to the Museum Maximiano de Lemos, and his name was given to the square facing the São João Hospital. Contains a photograph of the members who presided over the ceremony in honour of the deceased.

Homenagem póstuma ao Dr. Hernâni Monteiro, organizada pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto, na comemoração do 40.º aniversário da sua ascensão à cátedra nessa instituição. Para além da sessão solene, durante a qual houve diversos discursos, foi inaugurada uma sala com o nome desse professor, anexa ao Museu Maximiano de Lemos, e a atribuído o seu nome ao largo fronteiro ao Hospital de São João.
