An interview with Engineer Arantes e Oliveira, Minister of Public Works, who showed interest in going ahead with the construction of the University Campus in Asprela, therefore minimizing the loss of the physical space of the University in the Campo Alegre area due to the construction of the Arrábida Bridge.
