Abstract

Promulgation of the decree on the reorganisation of the Industrial Institutes of Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra into High Schools of Engineering by the Minister of Education and Culture. Contains the interview focusing on this topic and a photograph of Engineer António Brotas, Director of the Consultancy and Planning Department of the Ministry, complemented with the announcements and ministerial orders on the functioning of university life.
