Discurso do ministro Veiga Simão durante a tomada de posse do Reitor da Universidade do Minho, no qual declarou a reconversão dos agentes técnicos de engenharia diplomados pelas Escolas Industriais em Engenheiros Técnicos, mediante a frequência de um curso universitário de aperfeiçoamento de um ano ou mais três anos de prática profissional. |
