News about the ceremony held at the Association of Portugal-U.S.S.R., during which the cultural exchange agreement was signed between both nations. The signatories were the presidents of the delegations: Dr. Ruy Luís Gomes and Professor Kholov. In the afternoon, the Rector of the University of Moscow visited the Faculty of Arts to give a conference on Soviet Higher Education.
