Abstract

Speech given by the Constituent Meeting member, Dinis Jacinto, following the news about the retirement of Dr. Ruy Luís Gomes. The Meeting member shows his displeasure at the imposition of withdrawing from active life in the public service the former Rector of the University of Porto, and demands the revocation of the diploma that enacts the order.

Discurso do deputado Dinis Jacinto na Assembleia Constituinte na na sequência da notícia da jubilação do Dr. Ruy Luís Gomes. O deputado mostra descontentamento perante a imposição de afastamento da vida activa na Função Pública do ex-Reitor da Universidade do Porto e requer a revogação do diploma que a promulga.
