O ministro da Educação Nacional foi ontem recebido na Universidade do Porto e assistiu a alguns números da «Queima das Fitas»

Abstract

Arrival in Porto of the Minister of National Education, Engineer Leite Pinto, to attend the "Queima das Fitas" of the University of Porto, which included an official reception at the Rectory, during which the Minister addressed the audience and the Rector, Professor Amândio Tavares, gave a speech. The Minister also attended the Sports Festival at the University Stadium - he was awarded the title of honorary member of the Porto University Sports Centre -, and the Art Event at the Vale Formoso Theatre. Chegada ao porto do Ministro da Educação Nacional, Eng.º Leite Pinto, para assistir a alguns números da Queima das Fitas da Universidade do Porto, da qual constou uma recepção oficial em que, na Reitoria, discursaram o Ministro e o Reitor, Dr. Amândio Tavares. O Ministro assistiu, ainda, ao Festival Desportivo no Estádio Universitário, durante o qual foi aclamado sócio honorário do Centro Desportivo Universitário do Porto, e ao Sarau de Arte no Cine-Teatro Vale Formoso.
