Abstract

Description of the various ceremonies integrated in the anniversary commemorations of the Orfeão Universitário do Porto, gathering choir members from 1891, 1912 and 1922 and current members: memorial service in honour of the deceased choir members, a meeting with the Rector, the plantation of the "Árvore do Ponto" [Tulip tree - the story of this tree is that if students did not start studying for the final exams - the "ponto" before this tree flourished, they were likely to fail], the visit to the graves of the outstanding choir members and the dinner event. Contains a photograph of the Orfeão on the stairs of Trindade Church.

Descrição das diferentes cerimónias que fizeram parte da comemoração do aniversário do Orfeão Universitário do Porto, que reuniu os orfeonistas de 1891, 1912 e 1922 com os actuais: missa de sufrágio por alma dos orfeonistas falecidos, cumprimentos ao Reitor, plantação da "Árvore do Ponto", romagem às campas dos mais destacados orfeonistas, jantar de confraternização.
