Abstract

A report on the visit to the bridge works over the Douro River and to the Varosa Hydroelectric Power Station made by the 5th year students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, accompanied by the Head of the Faculty, Engineer Tomás Joaquim Dias, and by teachers José Pereira Salgado and Guilherme Alves Lobo.
